Julie Bauer - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining First Mountain Title, Julie worked at First Horizon Home Loans
for 6 years. During the first year she held the position of Loan Officer, consistently
closing over $1.5 million a month in loans. She then moved on to be the Mid Atlantic
Regional Financial Services Manager and held this position for 5 years.
Julie managed the National Delivery Sales Department which is responsible
for cross selling products to existing and potential mortgage clients. She
took the region from last in the country in sales to #1 during her first year and
remained in the top 5 throughout her tenure there. Julie was also the liaison
between the Home Loans division and First Horizon Virginia Bank, and was responsible
for developing synergy between the two divisions.
Julie has also held positions at Global Crossing as well as Cable and Wireless,
both telecommunication companies. In her combined 9 years in this industry,
Julie held various jobs from the Finance department Customer Support Manager
for Carrier Sales to Manager of Operations.
Julie has spent most of her working career in Customer Service and Sales Management.
She works on the philosophy of honesty, having a solid work ethics, and truly providing
the highest levels of value to her clients, team and company.
