Dan Radebaugh - Managing Member
Dan Radebaugh Esq., is the managing member of First Mountain Title, LLC, a full service settlement
company based in Baltimore County, Maryland. Prior to starting First Mountain in April of 2005, Dan served
as a real estate associate with a national law firm in its Baltimore office. In this capacity, Dan drafted
contracts and loan documents and negoiated and settled several million dollars of real estate transactions.
Prior to attending law school at the University of Baltimore, Dan worked as a mortgage banker where he
initiated and closed various commercial and residential real estate secured loans.
In sum, Dan has over fourteen years experience in all aspects of real estate with a strong
expertise in the legal issues associated with real estate.
